By ordering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services immediately.

1. Scope of Service

Radio Hosting provides streaming infrastructure and related tooling for broadcasters, including radio hosting, AutoDJ, and control panel access where applicable. We do not guarantee the availability of third-party software, integrations, or services that are not explicitly included in your plan.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you stream, host, upload, transmit, or distribute through our services. This includes music licensing, broadcast rights, public performance permissions, trademarks, and any other required authorisations.

You must ensure that your use of the services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions where your audience is located.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use the services for illegal activity, abusive automation, malware distribution, fraud, spam, credential harvesting, copyright infringement, or any activity that could damage our network, infrastructure, reputation, or other customers.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice if we reasonably believe the service is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or accepted industry standards.

4. Billing and Renewals

Fees are due according to the billing cycle displayed at checkout or in your client area. Unless stated otherwise, services renew automatically until cancelled by you in accordance with the cancellation procedure in the client area.

Prices may change at renewal or when a service term expires. Any taxes, bank charges, chargeback fees, currency conversion costs, or payment processor fees remain your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5. Provisioning, Changes, and Support

Provisioning times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to verification, payment review, technical issues, abuse checks, or upstream provider limitations.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is limited to the scope of the purchased service. We may decline requests that fall outside the plan, require custom development, or involve systems not managed by us.

6. Backups and Data Loss

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Any backup feature, if offered, is provided for convenience only and does not replace your own backup strategy. We are not liable for data loss, corruption, deletion, or restoration failure.

7. Uptime and Network

We work to maintain service availability, but uptime is not guaranteed unless a specific service level commitment is expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, carrier failures, upstream outages, DDoS events, or force majeure may impact availability.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, generate excessive risk, fail verification checks, create security incidents, or place the platform at risk. Where appropriate, we may also remove content, limit features, or disable access to protect the service and other users.

9. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

You must not host or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, or breaches third-party agreements. If we receive a valid complaint or legal request, we may act without prior notice to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radio Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, missed broadcasts, reputational harm, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the last billing period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radio Hosting, its staff, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the services, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The latest version will always be published on this page.
